Scott Jacobs joins policy committee of Georgia Chamber of Commerce. The Georgia Chamber has invited Scott Jacobs to join the state's Business and Industry Development Committee in 2011. Mr. Jacobs will work to bring a pro-investment environment to the State of Georgia.

Republic of Serbia, Nov 19, 2010: The Serbian Government adopted a new Decree to establish a permanent RIA and Regulatory Reform Office in the Government. The RIA and Regulatory Reform Office will work on the further improvement of RIA and administrative simplification.
We have been writing about regulatory inflation since 1991. Heritage Foundation in Washington has released a report "Red Tape Rising: Obama’s Torrent of New Regulation" that confirms that the rising tide of regulation has not subsided. You can find the Oct 2010 report here.
